The JCN Group of Companies was established in Jersey in 1967 by the founder, John W Neal. Over the years JCN has developed
residential apartments blocks, housing estates as well as gated communities, leisure and entertainment facilities, commercial office
development and investments throughout the UK, Europe and Australia.
JCN continues to develop and invest in commercial property and in November 2007 started the largest office (to date) block built in
Jersey. This now known as one of the Channel Islands most premier buildings with the highest BREEM rating (Green credentials)
and also winning ‘The South West UK Best Largest Scale Development 2011’ and was highly commended.
